This place is everything (for lack of a better word). Seriously. it is such a cool concept... you see more ice cream shops with crazy flavors, but freshly made fruit popsicles... not so much. They have so many different flavors to choose from it's almost overwhelming (as a fruit / sweets lover especially) to know which one to try. But whatever you settle on you won't be disappointed. My husband picked the one we shared - blackberry and clove I want to say it was. Well it tasted like Christmas which was fitting since we were there for Nights of Lights. I was a bit leery of the clove in it but it paired perfectly with the blackberry and tasted so fresh and delicious. Big fans. The shop is also a super cute vibe with adorable mural. A lovely, different spot (and a staple nowadays, I know it's not super new) in the St. Augustine area.

They carry numerous flavor selections--fruity, exotic, creamy, etc. You name it! The Phoenix was my favorite as I could try three very different flavors at the same time, which were all delicious. They are a place that anyone visiting St. Augustine should NOT miss! The shop was very conveniently located on St. George St. Their interior design was cute, and they offer some indoor seating throughout the shop. Highly recommend!

I found my favorite ice pop spot - The Hyppo! Just weeks ago, I visited St. Augustine, and this place is a must Handmade popsicles, especially the watermelon, I wish they open a place in Orlando Lake Nona !

Always a must stop when you're in town. Friendly staff and wonderful popsicles in fantastic flavors. It's been a family favorite since they first opened and that will never change. Skip the same ole ice cream shops and give them a try. Definitely recommend this as an absolute must stop in Saint Augustine!

Polite and welcoming! If you're looking for a sweet and refreshing treat on a hot day, The Hyppo Gourmet Ice Pops is the place to go! Their selection of flavors is amazing, with everything from classic fruit flavors like strawberry and mango to more unique options like blueberry lavender and chocolate sea salt.

What a great spot. Very refreshing. No syrupy/sugar taste. We had several lives each one. Staff very friendly. Must go when on the Palm Coast!

Visited here with family while on our St. Augustine trip. The employee working there was very informative prior to making our decision, which was very helpful. There are a lot of options! We tried 4 different ones,(pineapple cilantro, guava mango, the 21+ mango one and I can't remember the last...) all were GOOD!! I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting St. Augustine.
